Thank you for visiting our Frequently Asked Questions page to learn more. Therapy is an investment in your mental health and requires an initial decision and then ongoing dedication! If you have made it this far, we are excited you are here. While these questions are common and the answers are hopefully helpful, you are welcome to contact us if you have further questions or would like more detail regarding the process.

What are your rates?

Rates vary by provider and range from $150-$220 per session.

Reduced-fee services may be available on a limited basis for those who qualify.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance but understand the importance of using your benefits. As out-of-network providers, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

If you are considering using out-of-network benefits, we recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:

  • Do I have mental health benefits? What do they cover?

  • Are there limits on the number of sessions or total coverage?

  • Does my plan cover out-of-network providers? If so, at what rate?

  • How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

  • Does my plan cover telehealth (online video therapy sessions)?

 

What are your hours and availability?

Each provider sets their own schedule, with sessions available Monday through Thursday, ranging from morning to evening. Some team members may offer additional availability.​​

Who do you work with?

We provide individual counseling and life coaching for adults of all ages. Specific areas of focus include:

  • Trauma recovery (EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy)

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation

  • Life transitions, identity shifts, and postpartum support

  • Personal growth, confidence-building, and mindset coaching

  • Holistic wellness through breathwork and Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN)

Do you offer online counseling and coaching?

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Online therapy and coaching sessions take place via Simple Practice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Online sessions allow you to connect with your therapist from anywhere in Georgia. Coaching clients are welcomed in and out of state.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this via the client portal, phone, or email.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
