If Counseling Reimagined feels like the right fit, we’ll schedule your intake session and you’ll complete paperwork online.
In your first session, we’ll dive into your story, explore what brought you here, and discuss a personalized path forward. Whether through EMDR, DBT, talk therapy, or holistic healing techniques, we’ll find the best tools to support your growth and healing.

Tori Tatum, LPC, is a dedicated therapist helping individuals heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She founded Counseling Reimagined, LLC to provide a safe, transformative space for growth and healing.
With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and advanced training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Tori tailors therapy to your unique needs—whether reprocessing trauma, breaking old patterns, or fostering self-discovery.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge and allowing you to move forward with clarity and peace. This technique is particularly effective for PTSD, anxiety, phobias, and unresolved trauma.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself—whether it’s an inner critic, protector, or wounded child. By creating harmony within, IFS allows you to embrace all aspects of yourself and experience deep, lasting transformation.
Blending these approaches with mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic techniques, Tori helps clients feel safe, seen, and empowered as they navigate their healing journey.
